**What You Need to Know:**

- **Products**: We do our best to show off our products clearly and accurately on the site. Just a heads-up, sometimes the way a product appears online might be a bit different in person due to screen settings.
  
- **Updates**: From time to time, we might tweak these terms or change the lineup of products on the site. It’s a good idea to check out the terms whenever you shop with us to stay updated.

**Copyright Info:**

All the photographs and designs on the site are copyrighted by David Wagstaff-Myers or DWM Photography, and messing with them isn’t allowed without permission. This means no copying or modifying the artwork in any form unless we’ve given the thumbs up.

**Making Payments:**

We use PayPal to handle transactions because it’s secure and easy to use. You can pay using your PayPal account or directly with your credit or debit card.

**Delivery Details:**

- **Timing**: We ship using Royal Mail and other courier services. While we aim to get your order to you quickly, sometimes delays happen due to things out of our control (like postal strikes).
  
- **Addresses**: Make sure the delivery address you provide is accurate to prevent any delays. And remember, we can’t ship to PO Boxes with courier services.
  
- **Receipt**: Someone needs to sign for courier deliveries. If you miss the delivery, please contact the courier to rearrange it. Missed deliveries returned to us will require you to cover the re-shipping costs.

**Returns & Refunds:**

- **Change of mind?** You have seven working days from when you receive your order to decide if you want to keep it. If you choose to return something, just make sure it’s in the original condition and packaging. Heads up, you’ll need to cover the postage for returns unless the item is faulty.
  
- **Damaged or Incorrect Items**: If there’s a problem with your order, please let us know within five working days. We’ll sort it out for you as quickly as we can.
